Traditional Panjeeri – A healthy mixture of nuts, super seeds, dried fruits and semolina lightly toasted in fresh Desi Ghee and ground into a coarse, crunchy mix.
Think of it as Punjabi Granola.
Oh, but it’s not just as simple as granola.
It’s SO much more than that!
What are the benefits of Panjeeri?
Panjeeri has traditionally been used for centuries as a medicinal supplement, specifically for new mothers due to its healing and strengthening properties. It’s a delicious supplement rich in natural minerals and vitamins that aid in recovery. Additionally, many of the ingredients help support lactation in nursing mamas.
Due to its high nutritional values, it’s generally great for bone health, muscular pains, recovery after an illness or surgery, during times of weakness, for e.g. during an illness – essentially anything that requires recovery and the building of strength.
It is a wonderful snack for children too. It helps to strengthen the immune system and provides with extra energy and strength to keep going on with the daily grind without feeling fatigued or weak.
We follow a traditional recipe that my grandmother used to make. She was from Montgomery in Punjab (the modern day Sahiwal). It is made fresh every morning and we deliver in airtight sealed pouches to preserve its freshness. You would love the taste and quality.

Walnuts, Cashews, Almonds, Pistachio, Raisins, Fox Nuts, Ginger Powder, Coconut Powder, Cardamom, Melon Seeds, Ajwain (Carom Seeds), Fennel Seeds, Sesame Seeds, Arabic Gum, Semolina, Gram Flour, Organic Jaggery Powder, Rock Candy (Mishri), Fresh Desi Ghee.
How to use:
You may have it on its own as a snack or add two to three tablespoons on yogurt, porridge or milk for breakfast.
